Work files
- Keep each case or field visit in a work file. Mark one as current, and new GPS photos, measurements, scans, PDFs and notes go into it.
- Your existing field visits become work files automatically, with their photos and measurements.
- Mark a work file done or archive it; its files stay on your phone.
Inbox and WhatsApp
- Share PDFs and photos into Khet Scan from WhatsApp or any other app. They wait in the Inbox until you file them.
- Send several files to WhatsApp at once, with a caption.
Quicker access
- Home-screen shortcuts for a quick note and your current work file.
- The Today widget shows how many files are waiting in the Inbox.
Fixes
- The first tap on Next when setting an app PIN now works while the keyboard is open.

eKhasra crop survey for lekhpals
- Fill and lock many gatas in one run from your own eKhasra login, using a template for the land type.
- Runs keep going in the background and with the screen off, with a progress notification. You can stop a run at any time.
- A run pauses instead of failing when the network drops, during a phone call, or when the portal session ends (for example after signing in on another phone). Tap Resume to continue.
- A gata that was only partly filled is picked up from the step where it stopped, without re-entering what was already saved.
- Expired portal sessions are renewed automatically while you work.
- Approve pending AgriStack survey images in bulk.
- Share a short run report with support from the run screen; help by WhatsApp or phone from the pass screen and after a failed run.
- Season passes (weekly or monthly) through Google Play, with a free trial for new accounts.
PDF tools
- Import a PDF; reorder, rotate, delete, extract or split its pages; merge several PDFs into one.
- Add your signature to a PDF.
- Convert PDF pages to images, and compress large PDFs.
- Everything runs on your phone, and your original file is never changed — each tool saves a new copy to Downloads.
Calculators
- Share (ansh) calculator with exact fractions.
- Interest and EMI, date difference, and number to words in Hindi or English (including a rupees mode).
Portals and land records
- New “More portals” section: Varasat apply and status, Caveat registration and search, Chakbandi court, Paimaish, Section 80, Rahat UP, PM-Kisan self-registration and the IMD district weather nowcast.
- Portal tiles show whether each portal is currently working well, slow or down, measured on your phone.
- eKhasra report: search any village in Uttar Pradesh from a built-in list of 110,290 villages, and new fasli years appear automatically.
- Bhunaksha: export a whole village map as a KMZ file for Google Earth.
Reports and PDFs
- All reports use one A4 layout with a footer band, sharper scans and a clear message for missing photos.
- Photo captions, field-visit and measurement reports follow the app language.
- Hindi file names are saved correctly.
Fixes and improvements
- Settings › About shows the app version and the installed update, with a Restart button when a new update is ready.
- A reopened note no longer loads blank or gets deleted.
- A field-visit package lists a deleted file as missing instead of failing.
- Zooming the map quickly no longer causes errors.
- Smoother app-update prompts.
