An account exists only if you signed in with Google to use the survey tools. The rest of the App has no account; to remove its data, clear the App’s storage or uninstall it.
Option 1 — in the App
- Open Khet Scan and go to Survey → Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on all phones.
Option 2 — by email
Email contact@sugamdigital.com or sugamedutech@gmail.com from the Google account you used to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Khet Scan account”. We may ask you to confirm the request, and will complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your email address and Google account ID.
- All signed-in sessions on your phones.
- Your survey run history, employee-code hash bindings, and any record copied from our earlier eKhasra app.
- Any remaining trial or pass time (this cannot be restored).
- Your Khet Scan Pro cloud backup, if you used Backup: the records at once, and the backed-up files from our storage within a few days.
What is kept
- Records of survey actions (locks, AgriStack and RI approvals), pass grants and Google Play and website (Razorpay) purchase records, linked only to a random internal ID and no longer to your email or Google account. Kept for accounting, tax, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention and aggregate statistics.
- A one-way hash of your Google account ID, kept so the free trial can’t be claimed again with the same account.
- Logs and crash reports, for our providers’ standard retention periods.
Data on your phone (photos, scans, PDFs, notes, measurements) is not deleted by deleting your account, and it is on our servers only if you used Khet Scan Pro Backup (deleted as above). Remove it from your phone by deleting it in the App, clearing the App’s storage, or uninstalling. Deleting your account does not refund a paid pass or Pro, and does not cancel a Google Play Pro subscription: cancel it first in the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
